DPD UK Next Working Day Delivery (1 business day) - £3.99 (Free for orders with a new purchase value of over £150).

DPD UK Saturday Delivery (for orders placed between 12pm on Thursday and 12pm on Friday) - £4.99

DPD UK Pre 12pm Next Working Day Delivery (1 business day) - £9.99

At checkout you can select Home Delivery or DPD Pick Up. Opting for DPD Pick Up is more secure and environmentally friendly. You can select from thousands of locations across the UK, most are open 7 days a week and some are even open 24/7. You will be notified via email from DPD when your package is available to pick up. You can pick up your order within 7 days of it arriving at the DPD Pick Up Point. You will need your DPD Pick Up Pass email and photo ID to collect your order.

OFFSHORE (Northern Ireland & Isle of Man)

DPD UK Next Working Day Delivery (1 business day) - £4.99

Orders placed before 1pm (GMT) Monday - Friday(which are not Bank Holidays) will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm (GMT) on Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the next working day.

All orders use a signed for and tracked delivery service, once your order is dispatched you will receive the tracking details for your delivery. If you are not going to be home to receive your delivery, please select an alternative delivery date or select delivery to a parcel shop.

For security purposes all home deliveries are tracked and can only be delivered to the customer directly (leave with a neighbour or leave in a safe place is not an option, and any loss, damage or liability would be at the customer's risk). Please be aware that once you make any changes to the delivery option, Sandbanks is no longer responsible if anything were to happen to your parcel or goods during transit, such as being lost, misplaced, or stolen).

If there are any courier issues with your parcel during its transit to you, please be aware you must wait until the courier has concluded their investigation before an outcome can be decided. Sandbanks cannot process a refund or replacement until the original items are received back to our warehouse in an acceptable and re-sellable condition with the original tags attached or the courier investigation is complete and has been found in your favour.

During periods of increased demand delays in dispatching your order may occur. This includes but is not limited to new product launch dates, the Christmas period, and public or Bank holidays. The delivery of your order may be delayed due to external reasons such as courier delays, extreme weather, or strike or industrial action.

Some rural addresses may take longer for delivery and incur extra charges, which would be the responsibility of the customer. You will be contacted by our Client Care Department should we be notified of any issues relating to your delivery address.

The shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery country, you will be given the option for Express or Standard delivery.

UK & EU Countries - Duty and tax is included within the product prices shown on our website.

Rest of World - Duty and tax is not included within the product prices shown on our website. At checkout you will be given the option to prepay the duty and tax or to choose to pay them once they arrive in your countries customs.

Sandbanks customers are responsible for any applicable handling fees, customs clearance charges etc required by your country for importing goods. Sandbanks does not always collect these beforehand, we cannot give you an estimate of the cost as charges vary from country to country. Please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It will be clearly displayed at checkout on our website if you are paying for tax and duty up front or on entry to the destination country.

Once an order has been dispatched from Sandbanks or our authorised agent to our customer, the customer (you) will be responsible for any applicable costs for returning an order/partial order (exporting goods back to the UK), such costs of which may include VAT, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges and other costs and charges. This rule applies as soon as the goods arrive in the destination country even if not to the Sandbanks' customer’s address. Please refer to our Returns page for more information.
