All Sandbanks orders will be shipped via DPD Local or DHL Express depending on the weight and value of your order, and the end destination. Every delivery is made carbon-neutral, through carbon offsetting programmes integrated within our responsible climate change strategy.
All orders use a signed for and tracked delivery service for security purposes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with the relevant tracking details.

Next Working Day
All orders placed before 12:00 GMT (Monday - Friday), will be processed and dispatched the same working day. Any orders placed after this time are processed and dispatched the following working day. Any orders dispatched on a Friday will arrive the next working day (Monday). Any orders placed over a UK Bank Holiday weekend will be dispatched the next working day (Tuesday) and arrive the following day (Wednesday)
For Saturday Delivery, please place your order before 13:00 GMT on Friday. Please note Saturday Delivery is not available for some address, we will contact you if your order is affected.
European & International Deliveries
All international deliveries will be shipped via DHL. Please note international deliveries will not arrive next working day. Please see Customs and Duties below if you are a customer outside the UK. Sandbanks will NOT be responsible for the costs associated with returns outside of the UK. We recommend returning your goods using an insured and traceable shipping courier. We are not responsible for shipping or import fees associated with the return.
Some rural addresses may take longer for delivery and incur extra charges. You will be contacted by our Client Care Department should your delivery address be within this category.
During periods of increased demand delays in delivery may occur. This includes but is not limited to new product launch dates. You will be contacted by our Client Care Department should your delivery be affected.
Customs and Duties
You the buyer are responsible for any VAT, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges etc required by your country for importing goods. Sandbanks does not collect these beforehand, we cannot give you an estimate of the cost as charges vary from country to country. Please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
Once an order has been shipped to the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for any costs for returning an order/partial order (exporting goods back to the UK) including VAT, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges etc. This rule applies as soon as the goods arrive in the destination country even if not to the customers address.
