Sandbanks will NOT be responsible for the costs associated with returns outside of the UK. We recommend returning your goods using an insured and traceable shipping courier. We are not responsible for shipping or import fees associated with the return.
Some rural addresses may take longer for delivery and incur extra charges. You will be contacted by our Client Care Department should your delivery address be within this category.

You the buyer are responsible for any VAT, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges etc required by your country for importing goods. Sandbanks does not collect these beforehand, we cannot give you an estimate of the cost as charges vary from country to country.
