WARRANTY

Our garments are made with longevity in mind, from premium quality materials crafted by highly skilled craftsmen and women, which is why we stand by our products and why, subject to eligibility, we offer a limited 2 year warranty to the original owner on Sandbanks coats, jackets and gilets, starting from the date of original purchase. If an eligible Sandbanks product fails due to defects in materials or workmanship, as assessed by us, we will repair it without charge if reasonably possible, or we may elect to replace it at our discretion where repair is not possible or practicable.

This warranty does not cover any repairs needed due to damage resulting from accidents, normal wear and tear, negligence, laundering, improper care, failure to observe the latest wash care instructions provided by Sandbanks, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
