Sandbanks Maxwell ECONYL® Micro Puffer - Navy

Sandbanks™ MAXWELL ECONYL® Micro Puffer in navy is made almost entirely from recycled plastic bottles. With a navy high shine ECONYL® outer shell fabric, the MAXWELL ECONYL® Puffer has high thermal retention and features Lampo plastic zips with metal engraved Sandbanks components. 

A tree is planted for each product manufactured, offsetting approximately 30kg of carbon emissions a year continuing over the course of 25 years.

DESIGNERS NOTE

The Maxwell ECONYL® Puffer navy high shine shell is constructed from ECONYL® high performance regenerated nylon yarn, repurposed from abandoned fishing nets, carpet and other plastics that would otherwise pollute the Earth.

This Italian fabric was chosen for its luxurious satin finish. The ECONYL® nylon is finished with a special mechanical process, balancing high temperatures to melt the surface, then immediately cooled down to obtain a crystallisation effect on the surface. Due to the nature of this fabric having been manipulated, it easily marks as worn, creating a bespoke marble effect like with waxed fabrics, individual to each garment.

This jacket is insulated using EcoDown, a certified 100% recycled and durable down alternative. The EcoDown used on this jacket contains 100% post consumer recycled PET bottles, holds the Global Recycled Standard and is Oeko-Tex certified for the absence of harmful substances. 

The Maxwell ECONYL® Micro Puffer is finished with premium details including gunmetal components and Lampo zips featuring unique engraved Sandbanks branding.

WARRANTY

Our garments are made with longevity in mind, from premium quality materials crafted by highly skilled craftsmen and women, which is why we stand by our products and offer a limited 5 year warranty on Sandbanks coats and jackets from the date of purchase. If a Sandbanks product fails due to defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair it free of charge or we may choose to replace it.

This warranty does not cover any repairs needed due to accidents, normal wear and tear, negligence or improper care and is in addition to your statutory rights.
